The table above shows the specifications of the vacuum cylinders for all available travels. The basic operating specifications are determined when the cylinders are tested at 100 psi inlet pressure.

  1. Vacuum cylinder is fully retracted in rest.
  2. Piston extends when vacuum is applied until a load is sealed with the vacuum cup threaded into the rod end.
  3. When the vacuum flow is equalized, the rod retracts to original position with the load sealed.
  4. The load is released when the vacuum is turned off.

We offer our automatic non-rotating vacuum cylinders in short and long stroke categories with 17mm, 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm travels.
