The table above shows the specifications of the vacuum cylinders for all available travels. The basic operating specifications are determined when the cylinders are tested at 100 psi inlet pressure.
- Vacuum cylinder is fully retracted in rest.
- Piston extends when vacuum is applied until a load is sealed with the vacuum cup threaded into the rod end.
- When the vacuum flow is equalized, the rod retracts to original position with the load sealed.
- The load is released when the vacuum is turned off.
