Even while offering a vast assortment of tooling cylinder configurations, a large percentage of Mack Automation’s business comes from modified versions of standard cylinders. These examples show miniature double-ended cylinders; one with a large hollow bore and the other with a thru thread. Both pistons/rods are made from steel and both cylinders have counterbored mounting holes for metric socket head cap screws, specified by the customer. These cylinders are double-acting with standard .125″ travels.
