Hollow pass-thru cylinders are great for axially aligning many lifting or pressing-type applications, eliminating off-axis loading and unnecessary tooling. In this example, a 9 inch thru hole was needed along with enough piston area to lift a very heavy load resulting in making the outside diameter approximately 13 inches, our largest cylinder to date.
