These cylinders are made with premium materials and hard anodized to increase strength and durability. Guaranteed to run for 1 million cycles, our vacuum cylinders are built with internal Teflon lubrication. You will never spend time and money on maintenance for the expected life of the vacuum cylinder.
It is a great way to move smaller loads from one place to another. When the cylinder is fed with a vacuum, the rod actuates outwards and retracts automatically when an object is sealed on the vacuum cup. Our non rotating feature will hold the load strictly along the axis of actuation.
We offer travel lengths of 17mm, 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm with G 1/8 ports as standard.
A widely used application is an X & Y axis robotics pick and place system.
